One form, one table of records, four ways to fill it
Registrations, attendance lists, stock counts, visit reports, complaints: anything where each submission is its own row of data. In Pulseform you build the form once, collect into it from a link, from your own screens, from a field team or from a spreadsheet you already have, keep the data clean as it arrives, and then filter, compare and export the records.
The free trial allows up to 100 responses per survey or form. For a larger sample, choose a paid plan.
What a form gives your team
A table of records, with ready-made templates
Every submission is a row. Start from a template such as participant registration, household registration, distribution receipt, training attendance, field visit report or issue and complaint report, and change it freely.
A public link, or your own screens
Share a public link with people outside, or fill the form in yourself from inside the platform. The link works only once you turn it on.
A field team, even without a connection
Give each collector a code for the Collect app. Answers are saved on the phone and sent when a connection returns. A form with file uploads, date rules tied to today, duplicate checks or invitation-only access cannot be used this way yet.
Import a spreadsheet as a CSV file
Bring in records you already have: download the template, fill it in and upload it (CSV, up to 10 MB). Each row is checked, and the rows that fail are listed with the reason.
Rules and patterns that keep data clean
Set limits on text length, number ranges, dates and files, and a pattern for answers with a fixed shape such as a phone number, with a Pattern helper to build it. Patterns are enforced on the public link, the in-app page and CSV import, but not in Collect, where an answer that does not fit is kept and marked.
Compare, chart and export
See the records as a table, as statistics, or as a Comparative Analysis of one field against another, with a third field to split by, and pin it to the dashboard. It shows counts and percentages and does not test statistical significance. Export the records when you need them elsewhere.
Start in four steps
- 1 Open Custom Forms, choose New Form, and pick a template or a blank form.
- 2 Add or edit the fields, and set their rules and patterns.
- 3 Collect: turn on the public link, issue field codes, or import a CSV file.
- 4 Open the records and use Statistics and Comparative Analysis.
